The 10-Year Strategic Facilities plan was presented to the Finance and Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees on Monday, February 7, and approved by the Board of Trustees today (February 14, 2022). See here. This plan identifies the Vermont State College System’s path forward for sustainably managing its facilities while meeting the needs of Vermont’s learners. This plan will be presented to the House and Senate in March.
The Operations and Processing team presented their discovery stage gate findings to the Project Sponsors and Stakeholders. The team focused their attention on sponsored projects (grants), accounting, financial aid, registration, and student accounts. The group’s primary emphasis throughout their presentation was on compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.
