Since our last update and FAQ to the VSCS community in October, the Information Technology (IT) team has been working hard on our move to a Shared Services model. Chief Information Officer Kellie Campbell has recorded a video update sharing our organization structure, recent progress, and a high-level timeline of the work ahead.

The IT staff are organized into service areas. Each of the service areas are using day-long retreats to identify and prioritize the work ahead. We will develop a more detailed timeline of projects by the end of the year, after the conclusion of the service area retreats.
