This fall, we have shifted to the procurement process, and the timeline below represents the work being done by the ERP Steering Committee from September through December 2024, with the hope that the team will select a new ERP system by the end of the year. New timelines will be developed if and when we transition to an implementation project.
Summer of 2024 was spent working to understand our unique requirements and preparing our Request for Proposals (RFP). For historical reference, the timeline of summer work is included here.
